To further expand our business in Italy, we are seeking as soon as possible an
Area Sales Manager North-East Italy (all genders)
Tasks & Responsibilities

Drive sales development in your designated district, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager based in Germany

Manage existing customers through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising support, and technical product expertise
-
Increase brand and product presence at trade fairs, professional tool dealers and similar retailers
-
Identify and acquire new customers in various market segments (e.g., electrical installation, construction, automotive, plumbing)
- Conduct joint visits with customers' sales teams, including end-user visits and product demonstrations/training
-
Analyze market, customer, and competitor data in the region
- 3-4 days per week out “on the road” with 1-2 home office days
Preferred Profile & Skills
-
Successfully completed degree or comparable commercial education, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales
-
At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably with technical products or tools
- Proven track record in building relationships with distributors and end-users

Experience in digital sales, marketing tools, and social media platforms

Strong presentation and communication skills

Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work

Fluent in English
