Within the scope of a freelance activity (ca. 20 hours / month), we have the following tasks to assign for an experienced:
Freelancer Paid Social Manager (all genders)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager based on HQ media plans

Apply HQ-defined funnel structures (cold / warm / hot)

Localize campaigns per market (currency, targeting) using HQ-provided copy and assets

Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve delivery and engagement

Conduct A/B tests and share key learnings with HQ

Deliver concise reports with topline results and optimization notes

Ensure pixel/UTM tagging is correctly applied and flag tracking anomalies
Preferred profile & skills

Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager

Understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization

Ability to follow HQ playbooks and execute accurately across markets

Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented

Fluent in English (German or other EU languages a plus)

Based in Germany or within the EU (CET ±1h)
